ESTONIAN OPEN INVITATION

24th Field Archery Tournament
ESTONIAN OPEN at Valgehobusemägi!
The competition will take place on two tracks!!

SCHEDULE:

Friday, July 4th
12:00 – Arrival
15:00 – Practice range opens
14:00 – Distribution of scorecards
16:00 – Opening of the competition
16:30 – Animal round
22:00 – BBQ evening

Saturday, July 5th
8:30 – Breakfast
9:00 – Practice range open
10:00 – Field round (FU, BU, FS, BL)
11:00 – Field round (LB, HB, BH, BB, TR)
19:00 – Cheese Tournament (distance + accuracy)
20:00 – Clout Tournament (distance + accuracy)
21:00 – Traditional cake + social evening with music

Sunday, July 6th
8:30 – Breakfast
9:00 – Practice range open
10:00 – Hunting round (FU, BU, FS, BL)
11:00 – Hunting round (LB, HB, BH, BB, TR)
17:30 – Award ceremony

RULES AND COMPETITION CLASSES:
The competition will follow official IFAA rules.
All IFAA competition and age classes (incl. YA) will be included.
Participants who do not attend all three competition days will compete outside the main tournament and are not eligible for podium placements or the Estonian Open Challenge Trophy, regardless of their results.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is through Archscorer https://archscorer.faae.ee/#/event/625
All participants must create a personal account.
During registration, you must enter: name, competition and equipment class, club affiliation, and catering package selection (slide the arrow to the right at the catering section to see package options).
Please also provide a contact phone number in case clarifications are needed.

Registration is considered complete once the participation fee is received.

PARTICIPATION FEES & DEADLINES:
(If you need an invoice, please inform us immediately via email.)

  • Until June 8 (Sun): registration + payment = €45

  • Until June 22 (Sun): registration + payment = full package €55

  • From June 23 (Mon): registration + payment = full package €65

CATERING:
There will be an open café on-site, and Valgehobusemägi has prepared special “quick catering packages” for participants:

  • Breakfast: €8

  • Lunch: €11
    (Must be pre-ordered during registration. Meals paid in cash on-site directly to the caterer. Do not pay by bank transfer.)

Meal Packages:

  • Breakfast buffet (2x Sat, Sun): €16

  • Lunch package (2x Sat, Sun): €22
    Lunch = main course + dessert + drink
    Saturday: creamy pasta + cake + juice
    Sunday: plov + cake + juice

ACCOMMODATION:

Camping: €15 for the event period
Caravan site with electricity: €40 for the event period

SAUNA provided by the organizer on Friday and Saturday evenings!
